1. Who we are
RoxAI Education Agency ("RoxAI", "we", "us") provides administrative automation services to private and international schools. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 ("the DPA").
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry or booking. Through the contact form and booking calendar on this site, that's typically:

We do not ask for information beyond this on the website itself. If you become a client, a separate, more detailed agreement governs any student or parent data processed as part of the admin automation service — that is not covered by this page.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or chat assistant
- To schedule and confirm paid consultations and other meetings, and to process the associated $100 consultation fee
- To follow up about services you've asked about
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. If you don't proceed past an initial enquiry, we aim to delete your details within 12 months.
5. Your rights
Under the DPA, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data
- Delete your data, where there's no legal or contractual reason for us to keep it
- Tell you who else, if anyone, we've shared it with

6. Data minimization
We only ask for the fields we actually need on our contact and booking forms. We won't expand this without updating this policy.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to what's needed to respond to you.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
