1. Who we are

RoxAI Education Agency ("RoxAI", "we", "us", "our") provides administrative automation services to private and international schools across Africa. By using this website, submitting the contact form, or booking a consultation through our calendar, you agree to these terms.

2. What this website is for

This website describes our services and lets you get in touch or book a paid consultation. It is informational and does not itself deliver any automation service — nothing on this site constitutes a binding service agreement. Any actual engagement with a school is governed by a separate, signed agreement covering scope, pricing, timelines, and data handling for that specific project.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You won't:

• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms or chat assistant
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the site's content for commercial use without our permission

4. Consultations and bookings

Consultations booked through our calendar carry a $100 fee, payable at the time of booking, and are provided to give schools an initial, no-obligation conversation about their needs. We ask that you:

• Book in good faith, intending to attend
• Reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice if you can't make it

If you engage RoxAI for any tier following your consultation, the $100 fee is credited in full toward your audit & setup fee. If you don't proceed, the fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking, including where information provided appears incomplete, inaccurate, or not genuinely school-related.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the RoxAI name and mark — belongs to RoxAI Education Agency unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create a competing offering without our written consent.

6. No professional advice

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice, and shouldn't be relied on as such. Schools should seek their own professional advice on matters like data protection compliance specific to their jurisdiction and student population.

7. Third-party tools

This site uses third-party tools to operate — including Calendly for scheduling and Google Fonts for typography. Your use of those tools through our site is also subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

8. Limitation of liability

This website and the information on it are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoxAI Education Agency isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit liability that can't lawfully be excluded, and doesn't affect the terms of any separate signed service agreement, which govern liability for actual service delivery.

9. Privacy

Information you submit through this site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, consistent with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without prejudice to any dispute resolution terms in a separate signed service agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
